Eligibility for Returns

We hope you are pleased with your new garment but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We are unable to accept returns if items show any signs of wear, including but not limited to traces of cosmetics, or any other visible stains.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you, with return fees payable by the customer.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Care Team at customercare@leochele.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Submit a Return request

To begin the return process, kindly follow the steps below:

• Access our online Returns Portal
• Enter your order number and email address used at checkout
• Select item(s) you would like to return
• Confirm your reason for return
• Once your request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions
• Drop off your parcel at the designated service point

Refund

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirming the approval and initiation of your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for the same item in another available size, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please use our online Returns Portal with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Select the item you would like to exchange and choose your preferred available size.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. After we receive and inspect the original item, we will process your exchange and send the replacement size.
